Caramel & Berry Compote Cake

This celebration cake comes with 3 layers of vanilla cake and 2 layers of Brazilian caramel (doce de leite) mousse and homemade berries compote (cherries, blueberries and strawberries). It is also covered in Brazilian caramel mousse.
